Application Fee:
- $50 per applicant, non-refundable
Reservation Fee:
- $200 (refundable if the application is denied or canceled within 72 hours)
Amenity Fee:
- $100 due at move-in and at lease renewal.
Pet Fee:
- One-time non-refundable fee of $300, with $50 per month for one pet or $75 per month for two pets.
Security Deposit:
- Can be up to one month's rent, depending on credit screening
